Sega have announced two new Sonic The Hedgehog games ahead of Sonic’s 25th Anniversary.
Announced at San Diego Comic-Con, Sonic Mania sees the old school action of the original Sonic games come bang up-to-date with the help of PagodaWest Games along with Christian Whitehead and Simon Thomley.  It will feature nostalgic pixel-style art and core classic gameplay by re-imagining iconic Zones and Acts from Sonic The Hedgehog, Sonic The Hedgehog 2, Sonic CD and Sonic The Hedgehog 3 and Knuckles, and adding in completely new Zones with all-new Acts, and bosses into the mix.

Another Sonic game was teased at the show, known only as Project Sonic 2017, there isn’t much info on the game bar a short teaser, which you can see below. The game is due to arrive Holiday 2017 on PS4, Xbox One, NX and PC.
